In this role, you will work with a small, supportive team that values collaborative and anti-oppressive approaches. You will engage in both in-person and virtual sessions, allowing you the freedom to set your own schedule and focus on the areas you're passionate about. Consistent referrals and marketing support will boost your practice, giving you more time to dedicate to client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person hours at our Cambridge office
- Provide virtual sessions and client consultations promptly
- Complete timely documentation within 48 hours following sessions
- Engage in monthly sex therapy consultations and trainings
- Maintain communication with the team regarding caseload and scheduling
Requirements:
- Registered with CRPO or OCSWSSW in Ontario
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed care
- Experience in sex therapy and couples work
- Active liability insurance in Ontario
- Competent with Jane or similar management software
