Ryse Solutions is hiring a Recycling Value Chain Operations Manager to strengthen Blue Box service delivery for producers. Reporting to the Vice President, this hands-on manager works strategically and operationally across collection, processing, recovery, final disposition, and end markets. The position also supports a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own operational plans for producers' material-management targets
- Track capture, contamination, recovery yield, throughput, and downtime
- Lead service-provider reviews and accountable action plans
- Manage budgets, variances, cost controls, and invoice validation
- Promote safe, compliant, environmentally responsible operations
Requirements:
- 10+ years in environmental services, supply chain, or operations
- Experience with performance management and service-provider contracts
- Knowledge of Ontario Blue Box regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
- Combination of office, remote, and field-based work
