Your work spans campaign execution, affiliate coordination, funnel analytics, and structured testing. You will connect advertising results with Marketo and Salesforce data while collaborating with Content, Creative, Marketing Operations, and Sales to improve measurable lead generation and pipeline outcomes. Set up and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Manage targeting, bidding, budgets, pacing, and creative rotation Coordinate PartnerStack programs, onboarding, tracking, and lead integration Connect advertising performance with CRM and marketing automation data Present reporting and run structured creative, landing-page, and targeting tests Requirements:
Four-plus years managing multi-channel paid programs Hands-on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn experience Proficiency in tracking, attribution, analytics, and campaign QA Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets B2B, SaaS, Salesforce, Marketo, or affiliate experience preferred Bring performance marketing, analytics, and cross-functional campaign ownership to Employment Hero’s Canada growth program.
