EBC Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Design Manager dedicated to one high-profile Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional project. You will coordinate architectural and engineering consultants, manage design submissions, and integrate design intent with construction execution. The role requires strong Design-Build or P3 experience, stakeholder management, and risk awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Lead design management from concept development through construction completion Coordinate consultants and serve as the primary design contact Manage submissions, approvals, reviews, revisions, and contractual obligations Review technical documents for quality, constructability, compliance, and risk Resolve design conflicts and support construction through clarifications and RFIs Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management 10+ years managing design delivery on large-scale ICI projects Experience with Design-Build, P3, or alternative delivery models Success leading multidisciplinary consultant teams on complex projects Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities Bring senior design authority, consultant coordination, and construction integration expertise to EBC’s high-profile ICI project delivery.
