You will support employees, clients, partners, candidates, and visitors through professional hospitality, organized administration, and thoughtful event coordination. The position works collaboratively with Buildings, Civil, Industrial, Major Projects, and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion EBC culture and employee workplace experience
- Welcome visitors and coordinate reception, meetings, and hospitality
- Plan events, celebrations, lunches, and team-building activities
- Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, and supplies
- Process invoices and maintain office financial records
Requirements:
- Two to five years of relevant office management experience
- Professional office experience; construction experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and business applications
- Strong organization, communication, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage priorities and changing requirements effectively
