Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires pour travailler 2 soir par semaine. Le/la préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires voit au confort, au bien-être, à la sécurité et aux besoins généraux des résidents en leur prodiguant des soins d’hygiènes et de confort.
RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS GÉNÉRALES :
- Aviser l'infirmier(ière) et/ou le/la responsable des services de santé de tous changements observés à l'état de santé des résidents.
- Collaborer au maintien du lien de confiance avec les familles ou les proches des résidents.
- Répondre aux sonneries d'appel.
- Répondre à toutes situations d'urgence.
EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS :
- Posséder un DEP comme préposé aux bénéficiaires.
- Formation de PDSB.
- Formation RCR / secourisme général à jour.
- Compétence 6 ou 7.
