Nous sommes à la recherche d'un candidat responsable et capable de gérer et compléter des travaux de maintenance et réparations générales. Responsable pour l'ensemble de tous les besoins techniques des bâtiments et logements.
Responsabilités:
- Vérifier et préparer les appartements pour la location
- Gérer des réquisitions de travail
- Engager et former son personnel
- Préparer des cédules, gérer du personnel, gérer les sous-traitants, gérer l'entretien d'équipements (ventilation, chauffage, plomberie, électricité)
- Commander les produits nécessaires et gérer l'inventaire
- Intervenant principal sur le Plan Sécurité Incendie
- Collaborer avec les autres départements
Exigences:
- Vous êtes une personne qui a préférablement de l'expérience en RPA
- Bilingue (anglais + français)
- Orienté au service à la clientèle
- Connaissance informatique
- Bien organisé avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience et capable de livrer selon un échéancier
- Expérience d'opérer un petit tracteur
