The Position: The Director Human Resources will manage day-to-day human resource activities as well as being a strategic consultative partner to the management team. The Director Human Resources will also promote company culture and values, execute people initiatives, internal customer partnership, drive HR functional excellence and process improvement in a location with 150+ team members. This is an in-office position in Brampton.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in human resources management, industrial relations or business administration

- Strong knowledge of the legislation and standards related to human resources (e.g., Employment Standards)
