emergiTEL is hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator for our client in the financial services industry.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Location: Calgary/ Edmonton, AB (1 day onsite per week)
Job Description: We are looking for Marketing Project Coordinator (12-Month Contract) within the Production Team, you will provide essential project coordination and workflow support across high-volume marketing deliverables. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Production Team, you will analyze requests, structure actionable tasks in Jira, coordinate print production, and support digital updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming requests and translate requirements into structured Jira tasks and subtasks.
- Ensure all work items contain clear technical specifications, production asset links, work codes, and agreed-upon milestones before execution.
- Monitor assigned Jira tasks, identify scheduling risks, track dependencies, and proactively follow up on missing information.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery.
- Act as a key liaison with external print vendors to ensure the successful and on-time production of printed materials such as postcards, signage, and direct mail.
- Review and execute digital marketing requests, including intranet updates and email deployments.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support marketing asset development while ensuring compliance with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Experience with Jira is a strong asset.
- Experience with Google Workspace is a strong asset.
