Apply your customer planning and field software expertise as a Customer Planner with Nova Scotia Power in Sackville, Nova Scotia. This is regular full-time work.
Reporting to the Planning Coordinator Supervisor, the Customer Planner develops scoping plans for new services, maintenance, and miscellaneous requests. The position supports customer service requests and internal workflows, including the Feeder Inspection Program and Aliant Work Requests. It also requires communication with internal and external customers, accurate job-order processing, and compliance with NSPI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scoping plans for customer-driven work requests
- Support requests through field planning software
- Update and process job orders
- Interface with internal and external customers
- Support safety and environmental compliance processes
Requirements:
- Grade XII education or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Two years' NSPI Field Operations workflow experience considered an asset
