As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support Corporate Facilities across service requests, workspace setups, contractors, purchasing, and safety activities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will help maintain effective service delivery, accurate records, and workplace operations. The regular full-time position requires organized coordination across employees, vendors, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily facilities activities supporting efficient workplace operations
- Manage ServiceNow requests through response, follow-up, and resolution
- Support workstation setups and meeting space preparations
- Coordinate vendor quotations, schedules, progress, and communications
- Track invoices, budgets, records, inspections, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- One to two years of related coordination experience
- Experience coordinating vendors and managing competing priorities
- Knowledge of purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and financial records
- Strong organization, time management, and customer service skills
- Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; ServiceNow or Oracle experience advantageous
