This Strategic Development Program Trainee position develops broad business knowledge within construction wholesale distribution. You will progress from warehouse and customer service activities into procurement, relationship building, proactive sales, leadership, and operations. The program emphasizes customer problem solving, business development, team support, coaching, mentoring, vision, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete warehouse, shipping, receiving, and customer service training
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Provide customer problem solving and procurement support
- Source sales and expand the business customer base
- Develop leadership competencies through coaching and mentoring
Requirements:
- College and/or University degree
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
