Embrace is growing its Business Development team within the M&A group. As a Business Development Analyst, you will find and contact owners, CEOs, founders, advisors, and investment professionals. You will help source acquisition opportunities, qualify prospects, and support platform expansion through disciplined relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
Identify markets and industries for future platform acquisitions Manage target accounts through Embrace’s Salesforce CRM Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development targets Qualify opportunities at the acquisition funnel’s top end Coach others and establish business development best practices Requirements:
At least one year of software business development or client-facing M&A experience At least one sourced closed transaction in an M&A role Basic understanding of financial terms and metrics Advanced communication skills with executive presence Ability to define processes in ambiguous environments Apply business development, Salesforce, and acquisition sourcing expertise to help Embrace identify and qualify software platform opportunities.
