YMCA of Southwestern Ontario is seeking a Lifeguard & Swim Instructor to provide safe supervision during recreational swims and teach swim lessons. This role requires current Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR-C, and WSI or equivalent certification, with assets for prior lifeguard or instructor experience.
You will work across aquatics programs and uphold YMCA core values in daily duties. Responsibilities include monitoring participants, delivering lessons, and maintaining safety policies.
