Team Lead Production Shift in Leamington

• - Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
• - Coordinating and assigning employees as per the qualification matrix, coordinating tasks within the shift
• - Coordinating shift changes
• - Maintaining shift-related information in the shop floor management
• - Recording and working through instances of wastage and potential improvements in production and the organizational structures
• - Ensuring compliance with workplace instructions (e.g. break times, smoking ban, alcohol, reporting in sick, dealing with accidents in the workplace)
• - Responsible for the instruction and training of employees (incl. initial instruction in occupational safety)
• - Ensuring and complying with work-related regulations
