This part-time position supports guests in the Royal Room cocktail lounge. You will provide service, recommend spirits and menu items, and help create positive guest experiences. Training supports product knowledge, service skills, and cross-training across various bar areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and process orders and payments promptly
- Recommend craft spirits, cocktails, and food menu items
- Maintain clean, tidy front and back of house areas
- Address guest concerns and monitor their experience
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Requirements:
- Previous high-quality customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Smart Serve Certification and legal Ontario serving age
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
