Who We Are

We are a close-knit women-led, growth-driven law firm specializing in estate litigation and family law. We have collaborative lawyers, mediators and litigation specialists. Each lawyer builds their practice in their own way and we support them to practice law while we deal with the business aspects of the firm. We believe in entrepreneurial thinking, efficiency, and innovation—leveraging technology to streamline our practice.

Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Family Law Lawyer who can either bring their own client base or take advantage of our firm’s established client files. You’re an experienced Family Lawyer (3+ years) who is committed to providing client-centered representation through adaptable in-person and virtual meeting options when applicable. You’re ambitious, ready to hit the ground running, and want the freedom to grow your practice—without the burden of day-to-day business management. You thrive in a tech-forward environment, value efficiency, and are driven to make an impact in your clients’ lives. This role offers the flexibility to work independently while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and adoption.
  • Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law litigation files.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including separation agreements, parenting plans, and court filings.
  • Strategize, draft, and argue family law matters, including motions, case conferences, and trials.
  • Work directly with clients, providing practical and results-oriented advice.
  • Proactively seek growth opportunities, whether through networking, referrals, or innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, entrepreneurial team of legal professionals.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3+ years of family law litigation experience in good standing with the LSO.
  • Ability to complete in-person consultations and appointments at our satellite office space in St. Catherine’s.
  • Strong litigation, advocacy, and client management skills.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
  • Growth-focused and eager to take control of your career.

What We Offer

  • Built in file load, so you can hit the ground running with all hardware/software provided for your home office.
  • Benefit plan options for your health and well-being.
  • Administrative, marketing & business support—so you can focus on practicing law.
  • The freedom to build your own practice—without the headaches of running a business.
