As an Administrator, you will support EIT's Student Engagement team within Education & Scholarships. The team supports undergraduate and graduate students funded to study at the University of Oxford. Your work will include records, events, systems, materials, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inboxes, responses, follow-up, and sensitive matter escalation
- Maintain student records across Salesforce and administrative systems
- Coordinate student materials, Oxford arrivals, and merchandise procurement
- Support meetings through scheduling, minutes, and action follow-up
- Assist student events and general team administration
Requirements:
- Demonstrable administrative experience managing enquiries and accurate records
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity across diverse backgrounds
- Microsoft Office proficiency and confidence learning administrative systems
- Event, meeting, project, or stakeholder support experience
