You will advise managers and employees, support HR Business Partners, and apply policies, procedures, and employment legislation consistently. The role also contributes to people initiatives, workforce insights, and HR service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Support onboarding, probation, family leave, and offboarding processes
- Prepare documentation for employee relations case management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Support HR initiatives, audits, and compliance reviews
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of HR principles, policies, procedures, and employment law
- Experience handling multiple employee relations issues sensitively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in regulated biotechnology, healthcare, research, or related environments
- Eligibility to work in the UK and commute to Oxford
