Lead ICI estimating for EllisDon by coordinating bids, sub-trade quotes, and project costs while managing time-sensitive construction opportunities. As an Estimator, you will lead bid processes and assemble accurate estimates for hard-bid, construction management, and design-build work. You will coordinate with sub-trades, management, and personnel while identifying risks within bid pricing. The position requires construction estimating experience across several contract types. Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams through bid completion under pressure Assemble accurate estimates for multiple delivery methods Organize successful sub-contractor quotes and assist buy-out Monitor project success and identify potential challenges Maintain labour, material, and project cost databases Requirements:
Construction-related degree or diploma Minimum five years estimating ICI projects Knowledge of estimating strategies and construction contracts Experience with P3, design-build, and lump sum contracts Eligibility for Reliability Clearance Apply construction estimating expertise, bid leadership, and contract knowledge to support EllisDon project pursuits and sub-trade relationships.
