Lead construction management at EllisDon, coordinating design, budgets, schedules, and completion across institutional or commercial projects. Work spans pre-construction through post-construction delivery. As Project Manager, you will oversee construction activities from pre-construction to completion. The work combines project coordination, cost reporting, scheduling, contract software, and client communication. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and internal teams while supporting project progression. Key Responsibilities:
Provide construction management from design through project completion Coordinate project budgets and schedules with the Superintendent Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts Monitor cost reports, forecasts, estimates, and positive cash flow Lead meetings and report progress or escalated risks Requirements:
Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent technical training Five years of construction experience or equivalent experience Project Manager experience in institutional or commercial construction Knowledge of scopes, scheduling, project management, and contract software Ability to mentor, delegate, and maintain strong client relations Bring construction management, cost forecasting, scheduling, and client communication expertise to EllisDon’s project delivery teams.
