As a Project Coordinator, you will administer project information and contract documentation for Mechanical and Electrical Construction. The work includes shop drawings, RFIs, changes, subcontractor billings, schedules, inspections, and construction progress records. You will work under Project Manager and Superintendent guidance while learning EllisDon systems and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain shop drawings and track RFIs and changes
- Review subcontractor billings and supporting documentation
- Prepare Expenditure Authorizations for project requirements
- Update construction schedules and progress records
- Coordinate information with subcontractors and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- Have or qualify for CISD Reliability clearance
- Bring two to four years of construction billing experience
- Administer multiple large Time and Material contracts
- Know scheduling and project management software
- Understand construction drawings, specifications, equipment, and standards
