Lead CSA estimating for EllisDon, applying construction contracts expertise and bid strategy judgment to major project submissions. This is a senior opportunity. As a Senior Estimator, you will lead teams through pressured bid processes for major construction projects. Your work covers pre-construction estimates, subcontractor scopes, drawing reviews, risk mitigation, and database maintenance. You will collaborate with operations, pre-construction, engineering, clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams through accurate, timely bid completion
- Prepare budget, guaranteed maximum price, design-build, and stipulated-price estimates
