As Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager, you will manage project delivery from scope development through closeout. You will coordinate with the Superintendent, consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams. The work requires construction management, technical reporting, billing, commissioning, and compliance knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Plan mechanical, electrical, and information technology project scopes Prepare construction schedules with the Project Superintendent Monitor material, labour costs, and quality reporting Review consultant changes and subcontractor pricing Manage building systems commissioning, testing, verification, and training Requirements:
Eight to ten years of mechanical and electrical construction experience Experience managing projects from scope through closeout Understanding of maintenance and life-cycle budgeting Technical competence with statutory and mandatory compliance requirements Eligibility for CISD Reliability Clearance Bring construction leadership, cost management, technical expertise, and commissioning experience to EllisDon’s Ottawa project delivery team.
