As a Planner and Scheduler, you will prepare master schedules for high-complexity projects under contract requirements and EllisDon standards. The position involves institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential work. You will analyze delays, communicate risks, and support extension of time claims with project teams and external experts. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive project master schedules Update schedules, including cash flow updates Track schedule float and critical path activities Identify risks, opportunities, and near-critical activities Lead mitigation, corrective action, and resequencing discussions Requirements:
Construction degree or diploma, or equivalent experience Five years of construction scheduling experience Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Experience across institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Apply your construction scheduling, delay analysis, and project communication expertise to support EllisDon’s complex projects.
