Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time, one-on-one home health care in Sleepy Hollow area. You will care for one patient per shift, helping with daily living activities and well-being, while following the patient care plan.
