Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. With opportunities available in both Oshawa and Ajax, ON, this role is ideal for an RMT looking to build a thriving practice in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Overview
As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will assess and treat clients using evidence-based massage therapy techniques to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. You will work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care.
Compensation
60-70 % split or Hourly pay
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments for musculoskeletal conditions and stress relief
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on home care, stretching, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
