As an FP&A Analyst, you will partner with Finance, Sales, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams for financial and analytical business support
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and historical data
- Prepare monthly reports, including variance and KPI analyses

- Develop interactive dashboards for performance visibility
Requirements:
- 2+ years in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing
- CPA designation or in progress is a plus
- Strong Excel skills; Power BI familiarity an asset
- Excellent communication and partnership capabilities
