Elastic Energy, Inc. is seeking a remote-first Operations & Field specialist to support customers after installation. You will onboard new sites, monitor health, diagnose issues across hardware, connectivity and software, and explain solutions in plain language.
You will push fixes upstream so future customers avoid the same problems. You will work closely with engineering, field operations and installer partners to ensure smooth outcomes and proactive issue detection.
