Newcon Electric seeks a licensed Foreman for construction and maintenance work. You will manage site workflow, lead teams, communicate with client representatives, and install electrical systems. The work includes planning installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications while meeting ESA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain understanding of projects and related documents
- Lead and manage the site team
- Manage workflow against client expectations
- Install, repair, maintain, connect, and test electrical systems
- Participate in the on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Licensed 309A Electrician
- Good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario
- Elevated Work Platform certificate
- Working at Heights certificate from approved provider
- WHMIS and Worker Health and Safety Awareness certificates
