- Partner with operational and nursing leaders to design retention strategies that address professional development, inclusion and belonging, and workforce mobility challenges unique to the competitive Northern California market.
- Leverage engagement insights and pulse surveys to enhance the overall employee experience and strengthen the organization’s position as an employer of choice.
- Operational Excellence & Analytics
- Leverage HR processes, technology, and analytics to enable an agile, insight-driven HR function focused on creating a unified talent ecosystem.
- Define and monitor workforce success indicators (e.g., attraction rates, internal mobility, engagement, well-being, and belonging and inclusion).
- Ensure continuous alignment between system growth, workforce affordability, and access to mission-critical talent.
