As Senior Manager, Roads, you will guide complex provincial, municipal, and major infrastructure assignments. The role combines roadway design leadership with scope, schedule, resource, risk, commercial, and client management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting transportation authorities, transit infrastructure, and capital programs through detailed design and construction support. Key Responsibilities:
Lead provincial highways, freeways, interchanges, widenings, and rehabilitation projects Establish scope, delivery strategies, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans Support estimating, constructability reviews, design integration, and technical resolution Contribute to forecasts, utilization, fees, scope, and change management Support proposals, interviews, capture planning, and major pursuits Requirements:
15–20 years’ progressive transportation engineering experience Professional Engineer registration in Ontario or eligibility Experience with MTO or equivalent transportation authorities Experience leading multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure design teams Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, P3, or similar models Apply major-project delivery, commercial awareness, and roadway engineering leadership to Egis programs serving Eastern Canada.
