This experienced Crew Chief leads technicians on emergency response assignments and represents the company with clients. The work requires restoration experience, equipment knowledge, documentation accuracy, and calm leadership during stressful situations. Daily coordination supports Project Managers and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend emergency loss sites with restoration technicians
- Mentor technicians and maintain safe organized worksites
- Determine required equipment and supplies for each loss
- Document photographs, water readings, reports, and paperwork
- Communicate daily with dispatch and Project Managers
Requirements:
- Five years of restoration experience involving fire or water loss
- CSTS certification and asbestos awareness
- Basic carpentry skills, own tools, and equipment knowledge
- Knowledge of demolition, tear outs, and construction terminology
- Ability to recognize site risks and required PPE
