Responsibilities include the use of de-escalation techniques, ensuring safety, and assisting with emergency evacuations to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls with effective interventions
- Conduct proactive foot patrols and surveillance
- Monitor security cameras and secure entrances
- Assist with the admissions and discharges of clients
- Document incidents and address safety concerns
Requirements:
- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard Certificate
- One year of security experience in healthcare
- Clean Criminal Record documentation
- Ability to work various shifts including overnight
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to adapt
