You'll conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and ensure comprehensive coordination in clients' aftercare plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual treatment and ongoing patient assessment
- Facilitate educational group therapy sessions
- Establish treatment goals in collaboration with patients
- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
- Prepare detailed documentation and discharge summaries
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or related field
- Registration in good standing with relevant professional body
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups and programs
- Knowledge of multiple treatment modalities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
