This Business Coordinator supports the 3rd Party Region through administrative project coordination. The work includes data entry, analysis, vendor coordination, inventory management, procurement, and CMMS activities. The position supports operational continuity, efficiency, and profitability across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate safety, financial, labor, consumption, and contractor reports
- Manage vehicle fleet databases and monthly fuel reports
- Coordinate inventory, purchase orders, vendors, invoices, and service orders
- Upload compliance documentation and train new site hires
- Identify variances, trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma and two to four years' relevant experience
- Business administration experience within a large company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting principles
- Understanding of contract compliance, inventory, and procurement processes
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and surface issues
