EDF Power Solutions North America is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead negotiations and review of commercial contracts, M&A agreements, project finance documents, and related energy transactions for grid-scale renewable projects across North America.
You will provide strategic legal input on regulatory matters, manage internal and external counsel, and mentor junior team members while supporting development, construction, financing, operation, and disposition of energy assets.
