Key Responsibilities:
- Create and issue purchase orders to vendors
- Track confirmations, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Investigate and resolve open purchase orders
- Maintain item numbers and filing systems
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams
Requirements:
- Minimum two years accounting, purchasing, or administrative experience
- Post-secondary Accounting or Business Administration education is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
