This Operations Analyst supports operational excellence and business performance within Commercial Insurance. The position analyzes results against budgets and forecasts, identifies trends, risks, and variances, and develops key performance indicators. It also supports data-driven planning and prepares executive reporting for senior management, the Board of Directors, investors, regulators, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for Commercial Insurance objectives
- Analyze operating results, trends, risks, and performance variances
- Monitor production results against budgets, forecasts, and targets
- Develop, track, and report key performance indicators
- Deliver performance insights and executive-level reporting to stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree in Math, Statistics, Applied Science, Business, or related program
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Advanced Excel and PowerQuery skills
- Tableau dashboard creation and trend identification experience
- Prior work experience with GCP BigQuery; P&C insurance experience is an asset
