Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and propose edits to commercial agreements
- Coordinate contracts from intake through renewal and reporting
- Maintain records, trackers, templates, playbooks, and approval documentation
- Partner with stakeholders to gather information and track open items
- Summarize legal and business research for counsel and stakeholders
Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in paralegal or related studies
- Three or more years of relevant professional experience
- Commercial contracts and confidentiality agreement experience
- Legal research and document, deadline, and project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
