As Human Resources Generalist, you will advise leadership while managing core HR operations and workplace culture. Your work spans full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, development, compliance, and wellness. The organization values respect, collaboration, and cultural awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead job postings, screening, interviews, references, and onboarding
- Partner with leaders on staffing needs and workforce plans
- Guide employees and leaders through employee relations matters
- Manage performance reviews, coaching, and development initiatives
- Maintain records, policies, compliance, wellness, and support programs
Requirements:
- Post-secondary Human Resources education or related field
- Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience
- CPHR designation or active progress toward obtaining it
- HR best practices, legislation, safety, Microsoft Office, and HRIS knowledge
- Residence within 30 minutes of Smoky Lake or willingness to relocate
