You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, reserve, and resolve personal and commercial lines claims. The position requires insurance contract knowledge, decision-making, and communication skills.

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- CIP designation or progress toward designation
- Three to five years handling casualty or related claims
- Knowledge of settlement practices, policy wording, fraud, and coverage
- Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
