Serve ECCO SupplyTM customers through counter sales, order processing, and warehouse support in a hands-on customer service role.
The Counter Sales Associate provides product information, quotes, order entry, and professional inquiry resolution. You will process orders through fulfillment while supporting inventory receiving, organization, shipping, and branch sales growth. Success requires communication, organization, computer skills, and safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and email
- Provide product information, quotes, and order entry
- Process invoices, shipping paperwork, and customer records
- Pick, pack, ship, receive, and organize inventory
- Recommend products and promote special offers
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, counter sales, warehouse, or order desk experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- HVAC, construction, or industrial distribution experience is an asset
