The position covers technical documents, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractors, and client relationships. You will work under a Project Director or Senior Project Manager within construction leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Infrastructure Ontario contract documents and project information Lead site teams while maintaining safety, quality, environment, and schedule Develop billings and manage contract and subcontract changes Establish schedules, critical paths, and weekly monitoring Negotiate subcontract terms and award construction agreements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction, project management, engineering, or equivalent Five to seven years of construction project management experience Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Eligibility to obtain Federal Security Clearance Apply construction leadership, contract administration, scheduling, and communication skills to deliver complex Infrastructure Ontario projects successfully.
