As Senior Design Manager, you will oversee one project from early design development through construction completion. The role requires large-scale ICI experience, Design-Build or P3 knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. You will coordinate consultants, construction partners, client representatives, owner groups, and internal teams while protecting design intent. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design management through construction completion Coordinate architectural and engineering consultants for compliant delivery Oversee submissions, approvals, reviews, and design revisions Review technical documents for quality and constructability Resolve design conflicts, gaps, interfaces, and technical risks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline 10+ years managing design delivery on large-scale ICI projects Experience with Design-Build, P3, or alternative delivery models Leadership of multidisciplinary consultant teams on complex projects Strong understanding of ICI construction practices and code compliance Bring design authority, stakeholder leadership, and construction integration expertise to EBC’s complex ICI project delivery.
