Contracts Coordinator to help us negotiate smart agreements, manage risk, and keep our corporate house in order.

This isn’t a back-office paper-pushing role.

You’ll report directly to our Legal and Internal Controls Manager, work side by side with our VP of Sales and Regional Sales Managers, and sit at the table (or on the call) when we negotiate with customers.

• What you’ll do
• Own the contract lifecycle
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and more, making sure each one fits our risk tolerance, our team’s needs, and the law.
• Join customer negotiations by phone or video, and help colleagues understand exactly what specific terms mean for them.
• Spot contractual risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and advise on resolving and enforcing contract issues.
• Approve customer purchase orders and keep our contract database organized and easy to navigate.
• Coach staff on contract best practices so the whole team gets sharper.
• Keep our corporate governance on point
• Manage statutory filings, compliance records, and corporate registers.
• Prepare board meeting minutes and support annual reports and compliance documents.
• Help shape and roll out governance policies and procedures.
• Look beyond the horizon
• Track global political and legal developments and advise the Senior Management Team on what they mean for us.
• Work with external law firms, our parent company, and sister companies to reduce risk across the EBARA group.
• Conduct Security Trade Control (STC) checks.

What you bring

• 4+ years drafting, editing, managing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in an industrial setting.
• Excellent drafting, editing, and proofreading skills, with a genuine eye for detail.
• The judgment to recognize contractual challenges and craft solutions that work for both sides.
• Confidence to research legal issues independently and liaise with outside counsel.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A customer-service mindset that earns the trust of internal partners.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
• A post-secondary degree in law, business, or commerce with contract or commercial law coursework.
• Certification in contract management (NCCP, CPCM) or corporate governance (ICSA).
• Experience with corporate governance, contract management databases, or MS CRM.
