Lead IT operations for Eaton’s PCS plants using ERP, MES, Lean, and Six Sigma expertise across the United States and Canada. This role is based in Burlington, Ontario or Calgary, Alberta. The IT Operations Business Relationship Manager serves as the primary IT partner for PCS plant leadership. This senior role connects technology priorities with manufacturing performance, operational stability, and business value. You will guide plant-level execution across digital platforms, shop-floor technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational technology environments. Key Responsibilities:
Own IT outcomes across PCS manufacturing and business functions Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain digital thread integrity and end-to-end data continuity Develop business cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and benefits plans Prioritize demand and guide PCS portfolio roadmaps Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field At least 10 years’ IT, digital, or operational experience At least two years supporting manufacturing plant IT environments Hands-on ERP and MES experience in industrial environments Legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship Bring manufacturing technology leadership, business partnership, and operational excellence expertise to Eaton’s PCS organization.
