Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor purchase order system use and report procedural deviations
- Enter approved hotel invoices into accounting software
- Accrue invoices and prepare month-end journal entries
- Prepare tax reconciliations for controller approval
- Audit daily revenue, deposits, and ledger accuracy
Requirements:
- College or university graduation
- Three years of similar-position experience
- Hotel experience considered an asset
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Great Plains Dynamics or NetSuite preferred
