As an Income Auditor and Accounts Payable professional, you will verify room, restaurant, banquet, and miscellaneous revenue. You will reconcile Property Management System activity with bank records and Profit & Loss reporting. The position also supports cash floats, inventories, invoices, and month-end accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify daily room, restaurant, banquet, and miscellaneous revenue
- Reconcile cash and credit card deposits with records
- Compare Property Management System revenue with financial statements
- Count cash floats and prepare bank deposits
- Assist with food and operating supplies inventories
Requirements:
- College or university graduate
- Three years' experience in a similar position
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Availability for nights, weekends, or holidays
