Coordinate customer-specific Voice, Data and Video solutions as an Implementation Specialist with Eastlink in Halifax, working onsite five days weekly.
This full-time Engineering role reports to the Manager, Business Implementation. You will manage implementation projects, coordinate milestones, and work with Customer Solutions Engineering on approved designs. The position emphasizes customer communication, project tracking, and delivery aligned with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple customer implementation projects from planning through completion
- Align solutions with approved engineering designs
- Track timelines, budgets, quality objectives, and forecasts
- Coordinate suppliers, Procurement, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Provide updates, maintain records, and address implementation risks
Requirements:
- Related post-secondary education; engineering degree considered an asset
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with effective relationship-building abilities
- Telecommunications knowledge, especially Internet, Data, Voice, or Cable TV
- Microsoft Office proficiency and valid driver's license
